چکیده
The current management approach for critically ill patients emphasizes maintaining adequate cardiac output and mean arterial pressure. Recently, researchers have increasingly emphasized the clinical significance of venous reflux. Bedside Doppler ultrasonography offers continuous, dynamic, quantifiable assessment reflux status. In this review, we explore pertinent literature on assessing status in patients. We propose a bedside ultrasonographic evaluation method that starts with hepatic veins progresses to portal, renal intrarenal, femoral, pulmonary veins. is discussed terms its effect right ventricular function, functioning other organs, guidance fluid therapy. Overall, underscore importance highlight benefits incorporating continuous monitoring return.
